BANANA BREAD
SUPER MOIST & DELICIOUS BANANA WALNUT BREAD. EASY TO MAKE IN 1 BOWL. EVEN KIDS CAN MAKE IT WITH RIPE/ LEFT OVER BANANAS. THE WHOLE HOUSE SMELLS HEAVEN.

- 2-3 PCS VEEY RIPE BANANAS THE MORE RIPE THE BANANA, THE BETTER THE TASTE OF BREAD
- 1/3 CUP BUTTER MELTED
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 PC EGG BEATEN
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 TSP PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1.5 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 PINCH SALT
- 1/4 CUP WALNUTS CHOPPED
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F ( 175 DEGREE C). BUTTER A 4/8 INCH LOAF PAN OR ANY BREAD PAN WORKS
IN A MIXING BOWL, MASH THE RIPE BANANAS WITH A FORK. IT SHOULD BE AROUND 1 1/2 CUPS WHEN MASHED. U CAN EVEN USE A REGULAR PYREX BOWL. NO MIXER NEEDED.
ADD IN THE MELTED BUTTER TO THE MASHED BANANAS AND MIX IT WELL.
MIX IN THE BAKING SODA, SALT, SUGAR AND VANILLA EXTRACT. THEN MIX IN THE FLOUR AND ADD THE CHOPPED WALNUTS .
POUR THE BATTER INTO THE GREASED PAN & ADD SOME WALNUTS ON TOP AND BAKE IT IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 50MIN- 1 HOUR OR A TOOTH PICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.
REMOVE THE BREAD FROM THE OVEN AND COOL IT FOR FEW MINUTES IN THE PAN. REMOVE FROM THE PAN AND COOL IT COMPLETELY BEFORE SLICING. U CAN USE A BREAD KNIFE TO CUT THE BREAD AND SERVE IT.
