Take a cauliflower and cut it into florets/ chunks. Wash them well .
Break the cauliflower florets and pulse in a food processor until fine. You can also use readymade cauliflower rice.
Steam the cauliflower in a microwave or in a pan for 7min or until the moisture is gone and looks dry. Squeeze out excess water using a napkin or muslin cloth.
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Line a baking pan with parchment paper
Combine 2 eggs , salt, pepper, garlic powder, Shredded parmesan/ mozzarella and the cauliflower rice.
Transfer it to the center of the baking sheet and spread it into a circle resembling a pizza crust. ( This recipe makes 2 crusts)
Bake it in a preheated oven for 20min
Remove the Crust from the oven and let it cool a bit. Now add the homemade pizza sauce , shredded mozzarella and your favourite toppings and bake it for an additional15min.
Top it off with chili flakes and fresh basil leaves.
