Separate the leaves of the lettuce, wash and dry them.
Heat a pan with 2tbsps of oil and add ground chicken and sauté it until brown.
Stir in salt , turmeric, ginger , garlic and saute for 2min.
Add red chilli powder, chilli flakes, soy sauce, hoisin sauce (optional) and mix them well.
Add the scallions or green onions and the roasted peanuts.
Serve it warm in the lettuce cups.
