Keto Jalapeno bagels

Ingredients

  • 1.5 dups Shredded mozerella cheese (part skim)
  • 1 oz Cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 pc Large egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder Optional
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder Optional
  • Sliced Jalapenos Optional
  • Everthing Bagels seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees .

  • spray the bagel pan / donut pan with olive oil spray and keep it ready. If u dont have a bagels pan, you can still use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Combine almond flour, baking powder, onion and garlic powder and keep it aside

  • Beat the egg and keep it aside

  • Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese ro a microwave safe bowl and melt it for 1minute. Make sure the cheese is fully melted.

  • Act fast as the cheese might get harder if it cools down
  • Stir the cheese using a fork or spatula. Add in the beaten egg, almond flour mixture and mix it well until well combined. It will be slighly sticky.

  • Divide the dough into 6 parts

  • Roll each ball into a log using your hands and form a circle . Place it into the bagel pan or baking sheet. Repeat the remaining dough.

  • Lightly brush the top of the bagels with water to help stick the seasoning better. Now add the seasoning and jalapeno slices on top and bake it for 12-15min.

  • Remove the bagels from the pan while its still hot.
