- 1 can Mango pulp 30oz/850grams
- 1 can Condensed milk 14oz
- 1 can Cool whip 8oz
- 1 pc Ripe mango (optional) small pieces
Take a big bowl and add the mango pulp, condensed milk and cool whip. Use a whisk or a spatula to combine all the ingredients.
Transfer to a freezer safe bowl and freeze it for 1 hour.
Peel the mango and cut the sides into very fine pieces.
After 1 hour of freezing add the mango pieces to the ice cream(optional) and mix gently folding the ice cream with a spatula. Freeze it again for 8hrs or until frozen. Mango ice cream is ready
