Mango Ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can Mango pulp 30oz/850grams
  • 1 can Condensed milk 14oz
  • 1 can Cool whip 8oz
  • 1 pc Ripe mango (optional) small pieces

Instructions

  • Take a big bowl and add the mango pulp, condensed milk and cool whip. Use a whisk or a spatula to combine all the ingredients.

  • Transfer to a freezer safe bowl and freeze it for 1 hour.

  • Peel the mango and cut the sides into very fine pieces.

  • After 1 hour of freezing add the mango pieces to the ice cream(optional)
    and mix gently folding the ice cream with a spatula. Freeze it again for 8hrs or until frozen.

  • Mango ice cream is ready
